The N.C. A&T Willie A. Deese College of Business and Economics has landed in Australia! Our MBA Global Business Expedition is in full swing as we transition from the classroom to the heart of the Asia-Pacific business hub.

Today, May 14, our cohort took a deep dive into the future of global work at the Ernst & Young (EY) Sydney headquarters. We had the incredible privilege of an Academic Engagement session led by Divya Krishnan, Director of EY People Consulting Services.

💡 Becoming a Global Leader
In an era of rapid digital transformation and shifting workforce dynamics, being a “Global Leader” means more than just managing across borders—it’s about understanding the human element of business on a global scale.

During our session with Divya and the EY team, our MBA students explored:

The Power of People: How EY leverages people consulting to drive organizational change.

Global Mindsets: Strategies for leading diverse, multicultural teams in high-stakes environments.

Innovation in Sydney: How the Australian market serves as a unique bridge for international trade and consulting.

🏙️ Aggies at the Forefront
At the Deese College, we don’t just study business—we experience it. This expedition is a testament to our commitment to providing world-class, experiential learning that prepares our graduates to lead “from the soil to the C-Suite.”

Seeing our students engage with industry giants like EY in one of the world’s most iconic cities is a proud moment for the entire Aggie family. This isn’t just a trip; it’s a career-defining milestone.

Stay tuned as we continue to explore Sydney, meet with more industry leaders, and represent North Carolina A&T on the world stage!
