Accuracy, Reliability, and Limitation of Liability

BizNetz is dedicated to providing high-quality, reliable, and grounded outputs through its Generative AI API. Our service utilizes a proprietary, ground-up developed AI model incorporating constant Quality Assurance (QA), rigorous refinement, and continuous training processes. Furthermore, we have implemented industry-standard guardrails and grounding techniques to enhance safety and ensure outputs are aligned with verified data.

Notwithstanding these efforts, generative AI is an emerging technology, and users must acknowledge and agree to the following:

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BizNetz, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates and clients from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or in any way related to your use of the API, including but not limited to, reliance on any API output or any breach of this disclaimer.
5. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BizNetz or its Clients shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the API; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; or (c) any outputs obtained from the API.

By integrating or using the BizNetz Generative AI API, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this disclaimer.
