Program Type:Â Postbaccalaureate Certificate
Students in the General Management Certificate program will explore strategies for effective organizational operations and techniques for managerial decision making. Coursework will introduce managerial accounting concepts that are used to analyze and interpret information, as well as key concepts in organizational effectiveness, structural design, leadership, motivation, globalization, and corporate culture, with the goal of understanding and shaping dynamic organizations and employee behavior.
